El simple hecho de volver a la rutina, el trabajo, el cuidado de los ni\u00f1os, el colegio, etc. puede llegar a producir irritabilidad, tristeza, apat\u00eda o hasta problemas para dormir.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, los expertos de Mundo Joven nos comparten algunas recomendaciones para mantenernos de buen \u00e1nimo:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Programa tu regreso.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es un error llegar el d\u00eda antes de volver al trabajo, date al menos un par de d\u00edas para organizarte, programar tus actividades y mentalizarte. Intenta incorporarte un mi\u00e9rcoles o un jueves para que el comienzo sea progresivo y con un descanso pr\u00f3ximo que te servir\u00e1 de est\u00edmulo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duerme.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es com\u00fan que durante las vacaciones hayas modificado tus horarios de sue\u00f1o. Es importante volver a tu ritmo normal, procura dormir de 7 a 8 horas, recuerda que el cansancio f\u00edsico s\u00f3lo empeorar\u00e1 el malestar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Controla tu malhumor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pensamientos y actitudes pesimistas como calcular cu\u00e1nto falta para tus pr\u00f3ximas vacaciones o ponerte a pensar cu\u00e1ndo hay d\u00edas festivos no contribuye a tu adaptaci\u00f3n y muchos menos te aportan absolutamente nada. Intenta enfocarte en pensamientos positivos que te generen calma y tranquilidad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Practica deporte o haz actividad f\u00edsica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hacer deporte de manera regular no s\u00f3lo es bueno para la salud, tambi\u00e9n contribuye a combatir el estr\u00e9s.
