CDMX, a 14 de junio de 2022.-<\/strong> La compa\u00f1\u00eda internacional de origen mexicano, se hizo acreedora a este reconocimiento en la categor\u00eda de empresas con menos de 500 colaboradores, otorgado por The Top Companies, gracias al compromiso que mantiene con toda la plantilla de colaboradores que forman parte de NA-AT Technologies desde 2004.<\/p>\n

La organizaci\u00f3n se ha convertido en un semillero de talento, mediante la implementaci\u00f3n de programas como la F\u00e1brica de Talento dirigido a estudiantes de \u00faltimo semestre o reci\u00e9n egresados en Ingenier\u00eda en Sistemas Computacionales o afines, para que puedan especializarse en tecnolog\u00edas como Java, Web, iOS y Android.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, Karina Arneaga, la directora corporativa de Recursos Humanos, mencion\u00f3: \u201cGracias a las buenas pr\u00e1cticas que inciden en el bienestar de nuestros colaboradores y los programas que constantemente se implementan, hemos podido lograr una cultura organizacional s\u00f3lida para atraer y retener talento dentro de la empresa\u201d.<\/p>\n

El clima organizacional en NA-AT Technologies es una prioridad, por lo que se programan eventos de integraci\u00f3n y relajaci\u00f3n con una agenda de actividades c\u00f3mo torneos de boliche, golfito, escalada, gotcha, entre otras. El tele trabajo de forma escalonada se ha incorporado con el apoyo del CEO, con muy buenos resultados.<\/p>\n

La organizaci\u00f3n se ha encargado de generar un excelente ambiente laboral que ha contribuido en la vida de sus colaboradores y le ha permitido a NA-AT Technologies sustentar el \u00e9xito que ha obtenido durante sus m\u00e1s de 17 a\u00f1os de\u00a0 presencia en M\u00e9xico y Am\u00e9rica Latina, con m\u00e1s de 206 empleados.<\/p>\n
